Australia Inbound and Outbound Call Center Services

We are Australia based organization looking for expert vendor for Inbound and Outbound Call Center Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) The Services are to provide additional call centre capacity during periods of intensive call centre activity. The Services may include:
(a) Answering incoming calls;
(b) Making outgoing calls to affected sectors of the community; and
(c) Disseminating information via email.
(2) Depending on the nature of the surge demand event, this may be on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis.
(3) We will provide all necessary contact information/client data as required for outbound or e-mail based work.
(4) We will provide all necessary scripts and other information for calls.
(5) The proposed contractor must be physically located in Australia.
(6) Contractor must have accommodation for a minimum of 50 seats
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (Australia Only)
