(1) Vendor needs to provide Website Design and Development with Content Management System for example Drupal, Expression Engine, LightCMS, Concrete5 etc for Government Authority.
(2) Mandatory pre proposal conference will be held on January 26, 2012.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
