We are Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Off-site Document Storage and Retrieval Services.

[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) The services will include standard delivery and pickup of hardcopy records, daily media rotations, and destruction services to and from our headquarters and at any of the properties listed herein, as  requested.

(2) The vendor must be able to provide emergency delivery and pickup when requested.
(3) We estimate that the successful bidder must be able to provide enough physical storage capacity for approximately 12,000 boxes at the initiation of the contract.
